I've heard mixed reviews from others as well.<BR/><BR/>Goat's milk, yogurt and cheese should be fine. Goat's mi...I've found Rice Milk to be good as well. <BR/><BR/>Goat's milk is good for something different, though the brand I buy is pasteurized so it loses nutritional value.
